P-140 Auora 1680 x 1050 Widescreen Wallpaper

Here's a picture of the touch-down of the Canadian P-140 Auora. This planes spends most of his time with looking for illegal fishing, migration, drugs and pollution in addition to foreign submarines. They can also perform search and rescue missions using air-droppable survival pods.
It looks a lot like a P-3 Orion. Is it the same? What is different?

  1. The CP-140 is essentially the same as a P-3, except in Canadian service. It has a few differences as far as the onboard equipment goes, but it is still the same basic airframe. There is also the CP-141 "Arcturus", which is basically an unarmed version of the same thing. All based on a Lockheed "Electra" airliner....
